The northern 60 acres are in the Town of Baldwin (Chemung County,Ny)
The southern 132 acres are in the town of Chemung (Chemung County,Ny)
It is 100% forest
Primary timbers are maple and ash
Other timbers include white and red oak,cherry,poplar,white pine,white birch as well as others
Known inhabiting species include deer,turkey,grouse,woodcock,coyote,bear

Cutting the trails for atv access to all areas of the property
